Easter Holiday Arrangements 2019

Council’s Administration Office, Vincent Street, Cessnock Closed Good Friday 19 April to Easter Monday 22 April, inclusive, re-opening Tuesday 23 April at 9.00 am.

Cessnock & Kurri Kurri Libraries Closed Good Friday 19 April to Monday 22 April, inclusive, re-opening Tuesday 23 April at 9.00am.Cessnock and Kurri Kurri Libraries will close at 5.00pm on Thursday 18 April. 

Ranger Services A Council Ranger will be on-call for the Easter period, normal services will return on Tuesday 23 April.  In an emergency please call the Police.

Cessnock Performing Arts Centre  Closing at 5.00pm on Thursday 18 April and will re-open at 9.00am on Tuesday 23 April.

Cessnock & Branxton Swimming Pools   Pools are now closed until October 2019.

Kurri Kurri Aquatic Centre Kurri Kurri Aquatic Centre closed Good Friday 19 April only. Open Easter Weekend 10.00am – 4.00pm.

Kerbside Collections NO general waste collection on Good Friday 19 April, collections normally made on that day will be collected on Easter Saturday 20 April. Recycling and garden organics collection as normal on Good Friday. Normal general waste, recycling and garden organics collections on Easter Monday, 22 April.

Cessnock Waste Management Centre  Closed on Good Friday 19 April, otherwise open as normal during Easter.Greta Transfer Station Closed on Good Friday 19 April, otherwise open as normal during Easter.

Visitors Information Centre Open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday. 9.00am to 4.00pm Sunday and Public Holidays

CYCOS Closed Good Friday and will reopen for drop-in 10.00 am on Tuesday 23 April 2019.
