Expression of Interest -Statutory Planning Services

Lachlan Shire Council ('Council') is seeking to engage suitably qualified consultants to support the delivery of town planning services including, but not limited to, planning enquiries and assessment of development applications.

Indicatively Council anticipates that the work will equate to around fourteen (14) hours per week until the end of the current financial year (i.e. 30 June 2019).

Accordingly, Council invites suitably qualified planners/consultancies to submit an Expression of Interest ('EOI') to support Council in the delivery of town planning services.

The EOI shall include the following information:-

•         A company CV and history listing previous similar experience.

•         List of key personnel to be allocated to the project, if appointed.

•         Details of current insurances.

•         Statements that the company has the ability and current capacity to complete the work in a timely manner.

•         List of at least two (2) referees and contact details.

•         An indication of cost via the quotation of an hourly rate.

This invitation for an EOI does not confer any obligation on Council to accept the offer or provide reasons for Council's decisions in the matter. Council will evaluate the EOI on a range of criteria of which price is only one component.
