Throughout the year the City of Armadale hosts a series of Positive Ageing Sessions at the Armadale Library and other venues to engage older members of the community.
The workshops are held each month and cover a wide range of topics such as safety and security, health, current activities and useful information particularly relevant for older people. The next two sessions in the Positive Ageing Sessions series are:
Find Cancer EarlyWednesday 1 May, 1.30 - 2.30pm Armadale Library
Join us as a representative from Cancer Council WA explains how to recognise the early signs and symptoms of bowel, breast, lung, prostate and skin cancer.
Aged Care in a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) CommunityWednesday 1 May, 3 - 4pm Armadale Library
