South Western Highway Path Renewal – Eastern Side

Shire of Capel 26 Apr 2019

The Shire has engaged a contractor to complete renewal of the footpath along the eastern side of South Western Highway. The works will be undertaken between Simmons Street and the existing concrete path and will include removal of the existing asphalt path, property crossovers and installation of concrete path and crossovers.

Work will commence on site Monday 29th April and will take approximately one and a half weeks.

Traffic management will be in place throughout the works. Road users are urged to allow extra travel time, slow down when approaching the area, obey all signs and show courtesy to other road users.
