Pursuant to Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993, Carrathool Shire Council gives public notice of its intention to consider a property lease for a term of five (5) years with an option to renew for a further three (3) periods of five (5) years each, for the use of a Childcare Centre on Lot 7 Sec 6 DP184348, 61 Burns Street, Hillston.
The intended leasor is Hillston Billylids Incorporated (ABN 70 152 591 028).
Submissions made in writing will be received by Council and must be addressed to the General Manager. Submissions can be sent by mail to PO Box 12 Goolgowi NSW 2652 or email [email protected], and must be received by 4.15 pm on Monday 27 May 2019. Prior to the lease of 61 Burns Street Hillston, Council will take into consideration any submissions that have been received.
