The Richmond Outback Fossil Fest will host the 2019 Richmond Bush Sprints on May 4 at the Richmond Racecourse. The Richmond Bush Sprints has no registered race horses, just a quintessential bush race meet. Along with the must-see glamour of the Fashions on the Field. Entry to the event is free at the Richmond Racecourse. The fun starts at 12.30pm finishing at 5pm. The bush races are 300 metre sprints with a whooping $12,000 prize money up for grabs. Novice Sprint - $1,500 Local Sprint - $2,000 Ladies Open Sprint - $2,000 AQHA Sprint - $2,500 Cup - $3,000 Jumbo Sprint - $1,500 The event promises a great afternoon of entertainment with racing, fashion of the fields, free amusements, and a licenced bar and food outlets.
