The Older Women's Network Bankstown Wellness Centre warmly invites you to join us as we build wellness, friendship and community. We offer fun, relaxation, acceptance and support. Our program of classes and activities runs Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Bankstown PCYC, corner of Meredith St and French Ave, Bankstown. We have a wide variety of classes to appeal to all levels of fitness.
