The Ballarat Interagency Taskforce on Gambling Harm wants to hear your views about gambling in Ballarat.

The Taskforce, which includes the City of Ballarat, Ballarat Community Health, Ballarat and Grampians Community Legal Centre, Central Highlands Primary Care Partnership, Compassionate Ballarat and YMCA, was established to advocate for the reduced harm of gambling in our municipality.

The Ballarat Interagency Taskforce on Gambling Harm wants to learn about the type and frequency of gambling people participate in, the availability of gambling products, and your views about the impact of gambling in Ballarat.

These views will be used to inform the actions of the taskforce and its partnering organisations. All feedback from the survey will be collated into a report and made available to the community on www.mysay.ballarat.vic.gov.au, and from the locations outlined below.

The confidential Community Attitudes to Gambling survey is now available online at www.mysay.vic.gov.au, and will close on Sunday 26 May.

The survey is also available in hard copy at the City of Ballarat Customer Service, at The Phoenix, and at Ballarat Community Health’s Sebastopol and Lucas sites.

Hard copies can be returned to The Phoenix or posted to: Community Attitudes to Gambling, The City of Ballarat, PO Box 55, Ballarat, 3353.
