Media Release - Council Announces Doctor for the Hillston Medical Practice

Carrathool Shire Mayor Cr Peter Laird has announced that Dr Usha Thoguluva will commence medical services from the Hillston Surgery on Tuesday 7th May 2019. Dr Usha will practice five days a week.
Cr Laird said the “Council was pleased to be able to gain a permanent doctor for the community. The presence of a full time doctor who has VMO rights to the hospital is a great result and we hope the community will support Dr Usha.”
The Mayor also wished to thank Dr Bhupinder Kumar for his efforts over the last twelve months “without the assistance of Dr Kumar over this time medical services to the Hillston district would have been minimal”
