Scores of parents and children in Balgowlah Heights and the surrounding area are raving about the fantastic playground facilities at Tania Park.
Work was completed by Council in late April, with the revamped kids area featuring a ship wrecked themed play unit, wheelchair accessible carousel, talk tubes, a state of the art hurricane swing, balance items and a hill slide.
Work will continue outside the playground area indefinitely in a bid to further improve access.
Tania Park is adjacent to Dobroyd Head, which in addition to being a popular dog walking area, offers breathtaking views of Sydney and Middle Harbour.
Regular walkers from the Spit Bridge to Manly often refer to the area as one of the most picturesque places to visit in Sydney.
