The Draft Operational Plan for 2019-20 is now on public exhibition and we need your input! This is your chance get insight into what Council plans to achieve in the next financial year.
The Draft Operational Plan includes details of Council’s draft budget, as well as Council’s proposed Revenue Policy and Schedule of Fees and Charges. This is your chance to provide comment on Council’s projects and plans for the 2019 -2020 period, your feedback is important and will help to inform the preparation of the final plan.
This year continues the focus on improving access to better transport links, accessible infrastructure, services and facilities. A few highlights include public domain works in Branxton, the continuation of the Cessnock Civic Precinct Revitalisation Program and development of the Cessnock Airport.
Cessnock City Mayor, Councillor Bob Pynsent said he is excited to deliver the plan and all of the wonderful projects to the Cessnock community.
