Maroondah ratepayers paying their rates by instalments are reminded that the fourth and final instalment of their payment plan is due by Friday 31 May.

Council issues a reminder notice in the post before each quarterly instalment is due. If you have not received a reminder notice, please contact our customers service team on 1300 88 22 33.

It’s important to pay all outstanding amounts by the due date to avoid interest charges. If an instalment is unpaid by the due date, daily interest charges will accrue immediately on that instalment.

Council rates are a contribution each ratepayer makes towards the cost of maintaining community infrastructure and the community services provided by Council. Rates revenue, along with Council's other income, is used to provide services and facilities for the enjoyment, benefit and safety of the whole community.
