Join our creative community and hear from multimodal artist Ethereal Andy whose work includes performance, visual art and spoken word. Ethereal Andy will be launching his exhibition Dis-connected to coincide with International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, Intersexphobia and Transphobia, also known as IDAHOBIT day.
This exhibition takes inspiration from Ethereal Andy’s immersive visual theatre experience which uses multi-disciplinary mediums, such as dance, spoken words, physical theatre and visual arts to explore the challenges of growing up gay in a closed, conservative social group. It explores the concept of "emotional walls" and how they affect us along with self-identity and a sense of self-worth.
INfuse is proudly presented by Brimbank City Council in conjunction with Arts West Catch Up Club series. This event aims to provide a platform for artists to share ideas and seek advice, access professional development opportunities and network with others.
