Council goes to Blackwater

Central Highlands Regional Council will be holding a general council meeting followed by a community consultation and barbecue in Blackwater this month.
On 28 May 2019 at the Blackwater Civic Centre, the general council meeting will convene from 2.00 pm, followed by a community consultation and barbecue from 6.00 pm.
Community consultation events are an open forum for anyone to attend and connect with councillors and council staff. The sessions feature updates on key projects in respective areas and are an opportunity for residents to ask questions and discuss any matters relating to the community and council.
Questions can be submitted on council’s online engagement hub Have Your Say before the event. This is the best way to ensure that councillors and council staff can answer specific questions in detail.
