Change of Meeting Times - Agenda Forums and Ordinary Council Meetings

At its Ordinary Meeting of Council of May 8, 2019, Council resolved to change the start time of its Agenda Forums and Council Meetings. All Agenda Forums and Ordinary Meetings of Council will now commence at 6pm.

Council also resolved to conclude Agenda Forums at 10pm. All Ordinary Meetings of Council will be adjourned at no later than 10pm, subject to conclusion of debate of the items under consideration at that time.

Adjourned Ordinary Meetings of Council will reconvene at 6pm on the first available business day, with consideration given to previous commitments of Councillors. Notice of an adjourned meeting will be given on the City's website and Facebook page.

Unless otherwise advertised, meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Midland Town Hall, 312 Great Eastern Highway, Midland.

Members of the public are welcome to attend all Agenda Forums and Council Meetings.
