Council advises that, following the NBN installation, concrete repair work within the road reserve at the intersection of Main Street and Eskbank Street intersection, will take place from Friday 31 May 2019 until Sunday 9 June 2019.
Sections of the road will be closed throughout the period of works, with constantly changing traffic controls in place for all hours of the day. Council asks members of the community and motorists to be patient during this period and be tolerant towards traffic controllers, contractors and Council staff.
All work associated with this restoration is entirely funded by NBN Co. Limited.
Council thanks the Lithgow community for their patience, and looks forward to the completion of works in Main Street.
