Shire of Capel 30 May 2019

The Shire of Capel has received an application, seeking approval for a Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Tavern-Restaurant, Retail units, Gym and Childcare Centre at Lot 9039 (proposed Lot 7) Portobello Road Dalyellup.

The applicant has submitted the following proposal:

Tavern-Restaurant licensed for 250 persons; Four retail units totaling 365m2; 180m2 Gym; 120m2 consulting practice to support the daily operations of the medical centre; A medical centre with five consulting rooms; 74 place childcare centre.

Details of the proposal are available for inspection at the Shire Administration office in Forrest Road Capel, at the Dalyellup Library located at Shop 2/54 Tiffany Centre Dalyellup and by clicking here.
