Temporary Changes to Traffic Conditions – Sweet Days Hot Nights

Burdekin Shire Council wishes to advise that temporary changes to traffic conditions will be in place on Sixth Avenue, Fifth Avenue and Hurney Road, Home Hill, for the hosting of the Sweet Days Hot Nights Festival.

Traffic will be reduced to 40km around the Home Hill Showgrounds on Thursday 30 May 2019 and Saturday 1 July 2019.  Parking for the event is available within the Showgrounds and the vacant allotment adjacent to Fifth Avenue.

Traffic Control will be on-site during the hosting of the events to assist with parking.

Burdekin Shire Council thanks residents and road users in anticipation of their patience during this event.
