If watching House Rules these past few months has inspired you to redecorate, you may want pop in to the Gympie Library this Saturday, 8 June from 10:00-11:00am, to learn how to make best use of the space in your home.
Five-time author, Bronnie Masefau, will be sharing her interior design tips and tricks from her latest book, The Meaning of Home – A Place to Belong, which, she says, takes readers on an explorative journey of ‘self’ and ‘style’. “We each have our own interpretation of home, and layer it with our personal flavour and flair,” said Bronnie.
Bronnie won’t only be talking interior design; as a successful businesswoman, she will also share insights on how to set up and navigate effectively through the ‘uncharted territory’ of a growing business. Bronnie has been working in the interior design industry for more than 25 years and, in this personal account, will openly share her insights into the design industry, revealing both her wins and the areas in which she hopes to improve as she moves forward.
Bronnie describes her design philosophy as focusing on creating beautiful backdrops for life’s events. Her enthusiasm led her to produce several exquisite books, including Australian Vintage Living – Putting the Heart Back into Home, Australia Vintage Living – Making Anywhere Home, The Ideas Book, and Inspiring Through Creative Design.
