Land Administration Act 1997 Section 58

The Shire of Carnarvon has received a request to undertake the process to permanently close part of the un-named and unconstructed Road Reserve on Lot 11 (DP43095) under section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997 making the land available for amalgamation with Lot 11 which is currently used for agricultural purposes.

The Shire of Carnarvon invites submissions on the requested road closure. The plan of the proposal can be viewed in PDF format as attached. Submissions must be addressed in writing to the Executive Manager Development Services PO Box 473 Carnarvon WA 6701 and received no later than 4:30pm on Monday 1 July 2019.
