The intersection of Mittagang Road and Orana Avenue (southern end, opposite Bolaro Street) will be closed to allow for the construction of kerb laybacks and adjoining footpaths.
Work is expected to commence on Monday 10 June and is scheduled for completion around Wednesday 19 June. Work will be carried out between 7:30am and 4:30pm from Monday to Friday.
The intersection will be closed while the works are in progress. Detours will be in place via Boona Street and Baroona Avenue.
Pedestrian movement will be permitted and managed by warning and directional signage during the construction phase.
Council apologises for any inconvenience this work may cause and asks residents and motorists to be mindful of construction crews working on the project.
