Reclassification of land at Lookout Road from Community to Operational

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing that is to be held regarding a proposal to reclassify part of a Public Reserve (formerly Reserve R87120), at Lookout Rd, Bellingen, from community’’ land to ‘’operational’’ land.

The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday 4 July 2019, from 5pm, at the Council Chambers, at the Bellingen Shire Council Administration Centre, 33-39 Hyde Street, BELLINGEN, NSW, 2454. An independent facilitator will conduct the hearing.

Council invites interested parties to attend the public hearing.
