If you’re starting a new business, developing more effective strategies or reviewing the direction of your business in Corangamite Shire, you have the opportunity to gain one-on-one advice from small business experts.
Corangamite Shire and the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS) are offering a series of free business mentoring sessions to help local businesses grow their enterprise.
Corangamite Economic Development and Tourism Coordinator Samantha Fox said the clinics were an opportunity to gain knowledge and insights from experienced business people.
“Small Business Clinics provide one-on-one mentoring, and are delivered by highly experienced business people with skills and qualifications in a wide range of industries and disciplines,” Ms Fox said.
“As part of the mentoring program, there is also an opportunity to access one-on-one support out of business hours.
Ms Fox said meeting with an SBMS mentor could give business operators a new perspective on a problem or highlight an opportunity they had never noticed.
“It’s easy to get tunnel vision when you’re busy, or to fall into the habit of doing things the same way.
“These sessions will provide general business advice that can help grow your company.”
