Council is in receipt of a development application from FD Hawat for 4x Villas on land known as Lot 11 DP 736829 & Lot A DP 341360, 11 Coalbrook Street Lithgow NSW 2790. The development is Integrated Development under Division 4.8 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 and that requires an activity approval under Section 91 of the Water Management Act 2000, from the Lands & Water Division; Natural Resources Access Regulator; Department of Industry.

The development application referred to in this notice, accompanying Statement of Environmental Effects and documents are available for public inspection, free of charge, for a period of 28 days, between 31 May 2019 and 28 June 2019 at:

8.15am – 4.30pm

During this period any person may inspect the plans and make a written submission on the proposal quoting Council’s file reference, Development Application No. DA073/19.

Lithgow City Council is the Consent Authority for this application.

All submissions received during this period will be taken into consideration prior to Council’s determination of the application.
