Adult classes:
Chair Yoga (Adult) - A low impact, safe way to gain all the benefits of traditional yoga - 10-10:50am
Yin Yoga (Adult) - A deep meditative practice that helps release tension from the body and mind. The poses are held at longer periods of time compared to a dynamic yoga practice. - 12-1pm
Traditional Yoga (Adult) - Improve your health and wellbeing with a focus on stretching, posture and breathing. Beginners to intermediate. - 7-8pm
Mum's and Bub's
Mum’s and Bub’s Yoga - A beautiful time for mums and babies to connect. This yoga class includes gentle exercise, baby massage, singing and rhymes and relaxation techniques. - 1-2pm
Kids and Teens
Kids Yoga (5-12 years) - Encouraging non-competitive fun physical movement to support healthy bodies, happy minds and joyful hearts. - 4:30-5:30pm
Teen Yoga (13-17 years) - Encouraging non-competitive fun physical movement to support healthy bodies, happy minds and joyful hearts. - 5:30-6:30pm
