My Life: Stories and Songs of Billy Joel: Second show announced at Karralyka

After selling-out the first show, My Life: Stories and Songs of Billy Joel tickets are now available for another performance on Friday 5 July 2019.

More than just a piano man, Billy Joel is a living legend of the music industry – singer, songwriter, composer and performer – with a catalogue of hit songs spanning more than 50 years.

Anthony Mara takes centre stage as the ‘piano man’ as he and his band deliver an explosive concert celebration that shares the journey of an extraordinary recording career that has seen over 150 million records sold worldwide.

From the humble beginnings playing for tips in piano bars, through to performing for millions of fans at stadiums across the world, this concert not only reveals the fascinating stories behind Billy Joel’s music, but also compelling stories behind the man himself.

As Billy Joel turns 70 this year, this unique concert display, My Life: Stories and Songs of Billy Joel shares the journey of a remarkable career – the highs, the lows, his private and public life, but most importantly, the music.

The show includes audio-visual footage and narration that takes the audience into the depths of Billy Joel’s life.

Mara and his five-piece band will present familiar songs such as Uptown Girl, For The Longest Time, New York State Of Mind, Honesty, We Didn’t Start the Fire, River Of Dreams, plus many more.
