2019 Volunteer of the Year Awards

The 2019 Volunteer of the Year Awards aim to celebrate and recognise the valuable contributions that volunteers make to the Frankston community, and reward volunteers who give so much of their own time and resources.

Winners presented with their award at the 2019 Mayor’s Family Picnic on Sunday 8 September.

To be eligible for consideration for nomination of the Frankston City 2019 Volunteer of the Year Awards, the volunteer must:

• Volunteer their services in Frankston City, or volunteer to benefit the Frankston City Community • Be over the age of 18 as at 1 January 2019 • Be a current volunteer of a not for profit organisation in Frankston City • Have been a volunteer of the organisation for at least 3 years • Have a positive attitude and have had a significant impact on the organisation • Have received no remuneration for services directly associated with their volunteer work
