Want to get rolling? Bring your scooters, skateboards and bikes to try out the new modular pump track at Victoria Park this Saturday at 10am. 

The City of Ballarat will officially open the new modular pump track – the first of its kind in the Ballarat region – in a temporary test-site location at Victoria Park. The relocatable track is designed to be moved to a range of locations and events.

The modular pump track, fully-funded by the City of Ballarat and supplied by Parkitect Modular Pumptracks, supports active recreation and aligns with the City of Ballarat’s Active Ballarat Strategy and the Skate Tween Teen Facilities Framework. 

The track is designed to suit a range of ages and equipment, from scooters and skateboards to bikes. 

The City of Ballarat’s Sport and Active Living team has worked closely with the skate fraternity to support and identify new locations for skate and scoot infrastructure. 

The opening of the new modular pump track is the first step in this process, enabling the City of Ballarat to a range of sites.
