Council has resolved to place its draft Mosman Local Strategic Planning Statement (LSPS) on public exhibition, and we welcome your feedback.

The draft Mosman LSPS sets out Council’s 20-year vision for land use planning in Mosman, along with a suite of planning priorities and actions relating to housing, local centres, infrastructure and the environment. It outlines how growth and change in Mosman will be managed to maintain the high levels of environmental amenity, liveability and landscape quality that characterises the area.

Residents are invited to attend a public meeting in the Council Chambers at 6.30pm on Wednesday 24 July for a presentation on the key points of Mosman’s draft LSPS, and how it fits in with the review of the Mosman Local Environmental Plan. Residents can register to attend by calling Council on 9978 4000.
