2019/2020 Waste Management Vouchers accepted at Launceston Waste Centre

Complementary 2019/2020 Waste Management Vouchers for ratepayeres can be redeemed at the Launceston Waste Centre in Remount Road, Mowbray.

This will be of particular benefit to households in the southern end of the Municipality where the distance from Trevallyn or Riverside, to the Remount Road Waste Centre, is less than travelling to the Exeter Waste Transfer Station.

City of Launceston's facility is open Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4.45pm, and all vehicles must pass through the Recycle Centre before going on to the weigh bridge.

Complementary 2019/2020 Waste Management Vouchers will cover the $17 standard load charge, but fees will apply for larger loads. All three vouchers can be used at once for the value of $51, or you can also choose to use 1 voucher and pay any remaining difference with cash or card, depending on load size. Vouchers will be sent out with Rates Notices in July.
