The Moree Community Library is holding its first major author event, Books in the Bush which celebrates the wonderful world of books over two days with special guest authors and illustrators from the local area.
Enjoy an unmissable evening with five authors, illustrators and publishers, with dinner, to be held at Any Occasion, The Max Centre on Friday 26 July 2019 from 6.30pm followed by a morning of writing and illustrating workshops for all ages, presented by our visiting experts at the Moree Community Library on Saturday 27 July.
Join the panel for this unique and personal ‘in conversation’ event on Friday evening. Tickets cost $50 per person which includes a 2-course meal and can be purchased from Moree Community Library. If you want to bring along a group of friends, tables of 10 can also be booked. Come along to the free workshops on Saturday at the Library to learn how to write and illustrate stories, get tips on your partial or complete writing projects, and discover the art of nature writing. There is something for everyone.
