Weed spraying at Hanging Rock AFL ground

Eurobodalla Council will be spraying Hanging Rock AFL ground next week to get rid of a clover infestation.

The spraying will be done first thing in the morning and the ground will be closed for four hours while the spray dries.

During that time, signs will be up around the ground asking people to stay off the grass, with details of the time, date and herbicide used, called Spearhead.

The ground will be ready for use once the signs come down and users may notice some harmless discolouration of the grass.
