Traffic delays at Hanging Rock Place next week

Motorists on Beach Road in Batemans Bay can expect traffic delays next Tuesday and Wednesday while Eurobodalla Council upgrades stormwater pipes at the junction of Hanging Rock Place.

Traffic will be reduced to single lane between 7am and 4pm both days in the vicinity of Hanging Rock Place, and drivers turning into Hanging Rock Place will need to wait for traffic control to let them through.

Signs are already up advising motorists of the delays and drivers are asked to leave extra time for their journey and to take notice of traffic controls and temporary speed limits.

The work is in preparation for the new roundabout at Hanging Rock Place, scheduled for construction this year.
