It’s not too late to nominate a young person between 12–25 years doing amazing things in our community for the 2019 Youth Awards.
Nominations have been extended for one week to Sunday 28 July. You can nominate anyone aged 12–25 years who lives, works or attends school in the Macedon Ranges.
Council’s annual Youth Awards celebrate and recognise the incredible achievements of young people in the shire.
Young people can be nominated in one of the following categories:
Arts: for excelling in the arts Academic: for giving their all to their education Business: for an exceptional employee or apprentice Sport: for excelling in a sporting endeavour Mental Health promotion: for flying the flag for youth mental health and wellbeing Community Participation: for contributing to our community in other ways.Submit a nomination online or pick up a nomination form from a Council service centre in Gisborne, Romsey, Woodend or Kyneton.
The winners will be announced at the 2019 Youth Awards presentation night on Tuesday 20 August in Kyneton Town Hall.
