Out Proud And Loud (OPAL) youth support group is back in operation after a 10 month hiatus.
OPAL offers a hangout space for 13 to 25 year-olds who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex or questioning (LGBTIQ+).
Sessions will begin Tuesday 30 July between 5.30–7pm and continue to run fortnightly. The sessions include a range of free activities, snacks and workshops to youth who require a safe and relaxed environment to interact with like minded individuals.
OPAL is hosted by helpful volunteers from within the community who are passionate about providing a safe space for youth, and aware of the differing needs of youth.
