Local Government Act Review 

The Tasmanian Government is currently reviewing local government legislation. This review process has led to the development of a paper titled Review of Tasmanian Local Government Legislative Framework. The community is encouraged to have input on this paper and whether they think the suggested reforms are necessary and correct, this input will be considered by the State Government as they draft the final paper ready for the Bill. Have your input through the DPAC website  Public consultation ends 30 September 2019 so make sure to have your say while you have the chance!
