- City of Ballarat Director of Infrastructure and Environment Terry Demeo

The City of Ballarat is currently calling for information relating to issues at Cardigan Village and will compile that information in order to provide a detailed response to Cr Tillett’s request.

We are aware of some of the matters raised by the residents and there is a significant history to the establishment of Cardigan Village, which was a unique product of its day and as such there are some legacy issues.

When we have reported to Council, we will be in a better position to report any resultant actions.
