Those who saw an unusual light over Queensland's North West on Monday night can relax - the aliens aren't coming nor has Boulia's Min Min Light spread its wings.
The light was reported in Julia Creek moving east to west around 7.30pm and was also seen in Cloncurry.
Keith Mackel sent in this photo to the North West Star and asked "wondering if anyone can explain the light over Cloncurry tonight".
Well, it seems India is responsible.
University of Southern Queensland astrophysics professor Jonti Horner told the ABC his first hunch was it was a meteor but it was wasn't in the Earth's atmosphere and he worked out it was a rocket orbiting the Earth doing a prolonged engine burn.

India's first moon mission, Chandrayaan-1, orbited the Moon in 2008 and helped confirm the presence of water.
