We understand the barriers young people face to being active – too expensive; hard to get to; too much commitment. So we've designed an exercise program that's free, near public transport, and no registration needed.
In2Active (Youth) sessions will run twice a week during school terms.
YOGA - Wednesdays 4pm-4.45pm Stretch, relax and enjoy the benefits Yoga brings to the mind, body and soul. Stressful exams? Learn how to manage this stress and bring calm to the body. Sore after a rough sleep? Stretch the body and feel the instant release.
CIRCUIT TRAINING - Fridays 4pm-4.45pm Learn exercises using just your own body. A circuit can be made up of 3 or more stations that gets the body moving in different ways.
