PUBLIC NOTICE - Water Allocation Transfer Period and Half Yearly Rates - Charters Towers

The annual water allocation Transfer Period is now open for residents wishing to change water tariffs.

Residential property owners will have until Wednesday, 7 August 2019 to make any changes. The two options are either the allocation tariff or two-part water tariff.

Once this Transfer Period has closed, Council will issue 1st Half Yearly Rates Notices in early September.

Residents can check their usage by logging into MiWater charterstowers.miwater.co or by calling Council’s ‘Enquiry Hotline’ 07 4761 5500.

More information can be found on Council’s website, www.charterstowers.qld.gov.au, residents can complete a form online to make the change.
