Conserve Water Notice – Home Hill – Wednesday, 31st July to Thursday, 1st August 2019

Council requests all residents and businesses in Home Hill and surrounding areas connected to the town water supply, to conserve water from 12:00 noon Wednesday 31st July to 4:00pm Thursday 1st August 2019.  This is due to a planned power outage by Ergon Energy at the Home Hill Water Tower and its surrounding water bores.

This conserve water request is to prevent loss of water supply during the actual planned outage on Thursday 1st August 2019 between the hours of 8:30am and 2:30pm (approximately 6 hours).  You are advised to store sufficient drinking water prior to 8:30am on Thursday 1st August for use during this time.

Council apologises for any inconvenience that may be caused to residents as a result of this power outage.
