Whitsunday Coast Airport Development and Marketing Manager Craig Turner said it was the perfect opportunity to gain valuable information on passenger traffic through the airport.
“This information will allow us to better understand our target audience and cater for the demographic of passengers using our upgraded airport.
“The Whitsunday Coast Airport is the only mainland airport north of Sunshine Coast and south of Townsville that offers direct flights to Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne,” he said.
