Burdekin State Emergency Service – Volunteer Local Controller Position

Queensland Fire and Emergency Services are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to fulfil the role of Volunteer Local Controller for our Burdekin State Emergency Service Unit.

The purpose of this volunteer position is to manage the Local Volunteer SES Unit within the frameworks of the Fire and Emergency Services Act 1990 and the policies and procedures of Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) for the performance of the functions and activities of the SES Unit and relevant support of the Local Government (Burdekin Shire Council).
