Shade Shelters for Cook Street Plaza

In preparation to install 2 shade shelters in Cook Street Plaza, the rows of long benches on each side of the plaza are required to be temporarily removed, to allow for the shelter installation.
The new shelters are due for delivery and installation at the end of August and early September 2019. Cook Street Plaza will remain open during the shelter installation, although construction zones will be in place to ensure the safety to members of the public.
Council appreciates the patience of the Lithgow community, although the outcome will provide a great addition to the Cook Street Plaza and Main Street precincts.
