Yesterday afternoon the Mayor ???? had the pleasure of being addressed by the Year 5/6 Tailem Bend Primary School Class. ????????????

As part of the Economics and Business curriculum at the school the class looked at community needs and wants and highlighted some key areas that could be addressed and presented them to the Mayor.

Following their presentation ???? the class engaged with the Mayor and spoke about other needs that they had discovered during the process. Some of the concerns and needs they addressed were centered around the playground????‍♀️ and its safety aspects, pot holes and the lack of foot paths.

It was such a pleasure to host the Year 5/6 class and commend them for their considerations on future needs and improvements around the town. Perhaps some future Councillors sit amongst them. ????
