Proposed Council Resolution to Classify Public Land
Cobar Shire Council 21 Aug 2019

 

Cobar Shire Council, at a meeting to be held on 26 September 2019 will consider making a resolution to classify the land described below as Operational Land under Section 31 of the Local Government Act 1993.

The land is Lots 2 & 3 in DP214174 known as Cobar Memorial Services and Bowling Club Car Park. The intended use is for a carpark.

YOU CAN COMMENT:

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, submissions may be made to Council regarding the classification of this land. Council will accept submissions until 4pm, Wednesday, 18 September 2019 and should be addressed to the General Manager.
