Notice is given in accordance with the Animal Management (Cats and Dogs) Act 2008 that Charters Towers Regional Council on Wednesday 21 August 2019 resolved to undertake an Approved Inspection Program being a Systematic Inspection Program. The purpose of the Program relates to monitoring compliance on outstanding dog registrations starting Friday 6 September 2019 and concluding Friday 6 March 2020 being a period of six months. The Program is to cover the entire Local Government Area.
A copy of the program is available for inspection and/or purchase at no cost at Council’s City Hall Office located at 70 Mosman Street, Charters Towers City.
