Council resolved at the meeting held on the 28 August 2019 to give notice of the intention to specify the following areas as declared dog exercise areas in accordance with section 31(3A) of the Dog Act 1976 –
On Leash
Part Lot 806 Forrest Beach Road and the adjacent beach foreshore area.Peppermint Grove Beach, Hardey Tce north to Peppermint Grove Road and Wave Walk beach access point north to Barndi Walk carpark, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, during the period of 1 November until the 30 April every year.Off Leash
Reserve 47819 Fishermans Road, Stratham.This resolution is subject to any written law and any law of the Commonwealth about assistance animals as defined in the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Commonwealth) section 9(2).
