Residents in Balonne Shire have told Council what they want from the St George Library and now it’s time for them to have their say on the St George Library-Hub concept plans.
Council will hold a community consultation meeting at the St George Library on Thursday 15 August from 5pm to provide details on what would be included in in the development project.
Mayor Richard Marsh said it was important to take residents on the journey to redeveloping this essential community resource.
“We took community feedback on board when developing this concept and now we want to know what our community feels about the proposed plans,” he said.
“I urge you to have your say and take the time to provide feedback on the concept plans and inclusions.”
To have your say on the project you can attend the meeting on 15 August, check out the plans and send feedback via Council’s website or have your say on Council’s social media sites.
