Dog Registration Renewals are Now Overdue

Please be aware, any person who has not renewed their dog registration technically now owns an unregistered dog. All renewals were due by 31 August 2019 and all unregistered dog owners may be issued with a $170 Expiation Notice.

South Australian Councils may apply a late payment fee for dog registrations as of 1st September. However, Yorke Peninsula Council is providing a 2 week grace period and will be applying the late payment fee of $20 on Monday 16th September.

Yorke Peninsula Council urges those who have not renewed their registration to do so immediately to avoid late payment fees and a possible Expiation Notice.
